Why Work With ME?

Sport and training have always been deeply ingrained in my identity. The beauty of movement is that it is not one size fits all! I would love to help you find what your best movement looks like. Join me to work on getting comfortable in the gym, learning about your body, and building sustainable habits that will make a long term impact on your health. My background as a Registered Massage Therapist provides me with a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology that will show itself in my training. Whether you are strength training for the first time or just looking for tools to stay consistent, there's a safe space for you here. Everyone is welcome, everyone is celebrated!
